I believe I am always objective in my reviews and this time I will make no exceptions. Excellent experience in every respect. Modern and welcoming place. Used flours of excellent quality and mixture. Excellent leavening as well as baking. We opted for a pizza tour which included several MASTERPIECES both for the thrill of the palate and the pleasure of the eyes. Some examples: seared cod on a cloud of chickpea mousse, cuttlefish decorated with basil reduction and cuttlefish ink, octopus and turnip tops, burrata,...pumpkin cream, Sammarzano cherry tomatoes. Craft blonde beer with a pleasant citrus tone. The young, trained and passionate staff provide the right backdrop. Not just waitresses but a real added value. At our table we had the pleasure of having "Federico"... With tact and professionalism he listed the qualities of each dish. We were amazed to learn that his studies were of a completely different direction, demonstrating how passion must always be cultivated. In conclusion, we would like to suggest this SENSORY EXPERIENCE to those who believe not only in the power of good food but also in entrepreneurship done well.

A very special experience. On the recommendation of the nice young lady, we chose the tasting menu, which included a small appetizer and a selection of six different pizzas. The price for it is a bit higher, but we were totally thrilled. , Really exceptional in terms of quality and taste! The absolute highlight, however, was the extremely friendly and attentive service, who looked after us non-Italians in perfect English and explained every single part of the menu.
